Clean Threads Clothing was created to bring some fun products to our friends and recovery community at a decent price.  We are not a clothing company with a warehouse full of inventory to manage.  To provide the best possible products and designs, we contract with a third party print-on-demand service which means once you order from our site, that vendor takes over the fulfillment and shipping process.  Products are unique and produced to order, therefore they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production we cannot cancel it.  The Customer is responsible for relaying correct shipment details as well as ordering correct sizes and/or colors.

 

Reprints:

If you receive a product that is printed incorrectly or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and attach any photos of the damage and we will do everything in our power to have the product(s) reprinted and re-sent.   We will send along the error information and the vendor will have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

Refunds:

In cases where there are issues with the reprinting, after receiving all required information, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
